Vital Proteins Whey Collagen Protein Powder



A while back, I started using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. Collagen is super beneficial for your skin, nails, hair, bones, and joints! You can actually read that whole post here. I love drinking it in my coffee!

The Vital Proteins team is so sweet and sent me their Whey Collagen Protein powder to try, and not to my surprise.. I love it too! I got the vanilla and coconut water flavor and it's SO yummy. I've been at the gym at least 4 days a week for the last couple months and I seriously look forward to getting home and making a protein smoothie. It's motivation to go to the gym! I thought I'd share my favorite smoothie recipes that I've tried so far!

-Giant squirt of honey (the best part)

These are pretty simple recipes, but you can go as big or small as you want! Some other things that should taste great and would be very nutritious: chia seeds, almonds, greek yogurt, raspberries, kale, spinach, honey, peanut butter, or granola on top.
